At HM Fashions, we want your favorite ethnic wear to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 8–10 business days

Please note delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999
• Orders below Rs. 999 will incur a flat shipping fee of Rs. 79
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee of Rs. 49

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Your Order" link in our website footer.

PAN India Delivery

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
